We currently ship within the United States only using trusted
third-party fulfillment partners.
Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- You may receive split shipments if items ship from different warehouses. Tracking will be provided for each parcel.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier constraints.
Where We Ship
Option A — 48 contiguous states only
We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). At this time we do not
ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Option B — all 50 states (+ optional territories/APO)
We ship to all 50 states. Deliveries to Alaska/Hawaii may require additional transit time.
(Optional) U.S. territories and APO/FPO may take 7–14 business days and can have limited tracking.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders over $XX.
- Orders below the threshold ship at a flat rate of $X.XX.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If you haven’t received it within
3 business days of ordering, contact info@decorandcomfort.shop.
Address Changes
We can update the address until an order is fulfilled. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If a parcel returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll offer reshipment at cost or a refund
minus outbound shipping once the parcel arrives back at our facility/partner.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, please check with household/neighbors and wait
24–48 hours, then email info@decorandcomfort.shop.
We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with next steps.
