🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, eligible items may be returned within the timeframe below for a refund to the original payment method. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
⏳ Return Window
- 30 days from delivery to request a return (RMA).
- Ship the item(s) back within 14 days after your RMA is approved.
✅ Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags/manuals/accessories.
- Include the RMA number on the label or inside the parcel.
🚫 Non-returnable items
- Gift cards, downloadable/digital products.
- Personalized or custom items.
- Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed/used (e.g., cleaning filters/brush heads).
- “Final Sale” or clearance items where explicitly marked.
🧾 How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Contact us at support@decorandcomfort.shop with your order number, item(s), and reason (photos if damaged/defective).
- We’ll reply with your RMA number and instructions (return address may vary by product/partner).
- Pack securely. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
U.S. addresses only: We currently process returns from U.S. addresses.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Our error (damaged/defective/wrong item): we provide a pre-paid label.
- Change of mind or not as expected: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a discounted label upon request.
💳 Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
- If an item is used, missing parts, or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, mention it in your RMA request and we’ll advise availability and timing.
🧰 Damaged or Defective on Arrival
- Report within 7 days of delivery (include photos/video of packaging and the item).
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund according to your preference.
🔍 Wrong / Missing Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery. We’ll correct the shipment promptly.
📦 Bundle & Multi-item Orders
- For bundles, we may require the complete bundle to be returned unless arranged otherwise.
- Orders may ship in multiple parcels; each parcel has its own tracking.
❌ Cancellations
You can request a cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.
