Processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, US delivery is 5–10 business days. Total time ≈ 6–12 business days.

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.

Carrier delivery may occur on Saturdays in some areas. Sundays/holidays are not guaranteed.

No. We’re an online store and don’t offer local pickup.

Yes. A receipt is emailed after purchase, and a copy is available in My Account → Orders.

Payment

Most orders are charged at checkout. You may see a short authorization hold until we confirm the order.

Major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and Apple Pay/Google Pay on supported devices. (PayPal if enabled.) Cash on delivery isn’t available.

Yes, before fulfillment. After shipping, please request a return via our Return Center (RMA).

Yes. The site uses HTTPS/SSL. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We don’t store card data.

Where applicable, tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Your Order

Use the tracking link in your email or My Account → Orders.

 

We email updates at key steps (confirmed, shipped, out for delivery). Check spam/promotions just in case.

 

Email info@decorandcomfort.shop with your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Within 48 hours of delivery, email photos and your order number. Keep packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per policy.

 

Possible until fulfillment. After dispatch the address can’t be changed.

Returns & Refunds

Submit a request via our Return Center (RMA). Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

 

See Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags. Some items (hygiene, clearance, personalized) may be non-returnable.

Yes for faulty/incorrect items. Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Once your return is approved and checked in, refunds post to your original method in 3–10 business days (bank times may vary).
